Heart Research UK: Improving Heart Health in Cattedown
Thanks to the support of Heart Research UK, Plymouth Sports Charity has been able to run targeted programs aimed at improving the heart health of individuals in Cattedown. Through tailored fitness sessions, we focus on activities that promote cardiovascular health, including walking and light aerobic exercises. -
Veterans Foundation Grant: Enhancing Social Connections through Tennis
Thanks to the generous support of the Veterans Foundation, Plymouth Sports Charity has been able to launch the ACE Connections Program, aimed at helping veterans improve their social connections and mental well-being through the sport of tennis. -
Sport England Grant: Encouraging Movement Through Free Yoga and Walking Sessions
With the support of Sport England, Plymouth Sports Charity has been able to offer free yoga and walking sessions to help individuals become more active and improve their health. These programs are designed to be accessible to all, regardless of age or ability. -
