In The Game Plymouth – Tuesday Sports Session (16–24 years) @ BeUnique Gym

Join our Tuesday In The Game Plymouth session, a free, friendly sports and wellbeing session for 16–24 year-olds.

This session focuses on getting active, building confidence and connecting with others in a relaxed, supportive environment. Activities may include football, basketball, fitness training and team games, with sessions shaped around what young people enjoy.

Alongside sport, participants can access mentoring, life skills support and information about education, training and work opportunities.
